there are a couple of these around where I live. The ones i've seen at least are all gangsta's up with the usual works (giant chrome wheels, monitors, speakers, and tinted everything)

Likely insanely high mileage or engine/transmission problems. Even if that's the case, I still see it as worth saving.

Like most cars of that age, to fix something big either body or mechanical you may be able to buy a whole car for a couple hundred more.
